OriGIN is the first Gin focused bar in Hong Kong. To no surprise, internationally acclaimed mixologist Antonio Lai works his magic at OriGIN by using distinctive culinary methods to create his signature cocktails. All these include the use of a rotary evaporator for redistilling unique flavours into the gin, and a water-bath and vacuum to slow-cook. Using these methods, OriGIN offers fifteen homemade gin infusion flavours, including lemongrass and lime, basil and kaffir lime, guava, pandan, jujube, and Japanese shiso.
We are collaborating with The Gin Cooperative to explore a range of new Scottish Gins. We will use these gins as the basis for our limited and exclusive Scottish Gin tasting menu, available here on International Scottish Gin Day.
