Set in 58 acres of parkland at the end of a magnificent sea loch, in one of the most spectacular and idyllic locations in the country. Owned and operated by Dan and Rohaise and their team, the hotel is rated as one of the very best in Scotland. Along with the award winning 1887 Restaurant, that has a field to fork philosophy, the bar is stocked with over 120 gins including the hotel’s very own Arcturus Gin plus other spirits.
We will be hosting an exclusive ISGD tasting event for our hotel guests featuring our very own Arcturus Gin and a carefully selected range of Scottish Gins that showcase the diversity and quality of gins being produced here in Scotland. Our tasing event will be followed by a tour around our kitchen garden where we grow a number of key botanicals used in Arcturus Gin. You’ll have a chance to meet and speak with Tom, our resident gardener, who will provide some fascinating insight into our gin botanicals.
