In the year 1658 world renowned Professor Franz de la Boë gently infused a clear grain spirit with hand picked juniper berries while painstakingly searching for a medicinal tonic and gave us the gift of gin!
Boë Scottish Gin is lovingly created in small batches in Throsk, Stirling under the watchful eye of their Master Distiller, where rare hand picked botanicals and spices are infused in the finest neutral grain spirit, liberating the full flavours of triple filtered Boë Scottish Gin, creating a high class gin, characteristically citrus with extraordinary balance and smoothness.
The subtleties of Boë Scottish Gin are in the selection and preparation of its botanicals - the fine balance of herbs and spices so crucial to its distinctive taste and quality. Juniper berries are at the heart of the gin distillation, but it takes many more elements to make Boë special including coriander, angelica and ginger. To taste, clean, spiced, refreshing.
