Jack runs the popular Instagram page @scottishmixology. The original concept was to make tasty drinks with a Scottish twist while demonstrating a bit of creative flair. Since its inception, the account has flourished and allowed Jack to showcase the wonderful world of Scottish food and drink, enabling promotion of the products to the wider world. Despite working in an unrelated field as a trainee actuary, Jack now engages in a wide-range of drink-related topics, connecting him with ardent distillers across the globe and many like-minded fanatics.
Scottish Gin was Jack’s gateway into the wonderful world of alcohol and distilling. His love for it started back in his waiting days; with essentially unfettered access to the bar collection, the fascinating smell of the botanicals and curious marketing led him down the Scottish gin rabbit hole.
