Lovingly distilled in the heart of Scotland, Kilty Gin is inspired by travels and adventures around the many beautiful and majestic landscapes that surround us. The Kilty Gin story started with a passion for Scotland’s most famous spirit, whisky. The founders were inspired to create their own spirit that could itself start its own lasting legacy.
It took two years for the founders to launch from first conception. They didn’t want to rush the product and create something half-hearted. Having put their hearts and souls into it, they bring a gin to market that they are truly proud of. Endless amounts of time researching, educating and refining Kilty Gin has been spent to ensure this gin is of the highest quality.
Kilty Gin is a bold, juniper-led London Dry Style Gin. Rowan berries add additional depth of character to Kilty Gin. On the nose, bold but welcoming juniper followed by higher floral notes of the heather tips and the enticing orange and cardamom elements. To taste, the rowan berries impart a rounded sweetness and the cardamom provides a lovely warming character. To finish, a clear crispness comes through from the pink peppercorns. Orange and cardamom end the show as they gradually fade away to leave soft, pleasant finish.
