This drinks business is located in the historic parish of Pitsligo, Aberdeenshire. Walter Gregor was a Minster of the Parish, folklorist, academic and natural historian and his love of plants is the inspiration behind this brand. He was described as a ‘cheerful, humorous man’ and we think that he would have appreciated what Summerhouse Drinks have created.
