International Scottish Gin Day 2019 is a truly global celebration of Scottish Gin. In collaboration with some of the world’s most respected and renowned bars, we’ve co-ordinated a variety of Scottish Gin events including some very exclusive Scottish Gin cocktail collaborations. We’ve spoken with some of the world’s leading bartenders and teams to see which Scottish Gins they’d most like to experiment with and create their very own ISGD 2019 cocktails and special ISGD 2019 drinks menus.

Gracing the ground floor of Singapore’s iconic building Parkview Square is ATLAS Bar, one of the world’s top bars. With an art deco grand lobby and a bespoke gin collection with over 1000 gins from every corner of the globe, ATLAS Bar is a must visit destination for any gin drinker.

The team at ATLAS Bar were eager to explore the botanical mysteries of Hendrick’s Orbium. We arranged for a bottle to be sent to the team at ATLAS Bar to see what their master mixologists could carefully curate for an official ISGD 2019 cocktail.

ATLAS Bar, ISGD 2019 Cocktail: Gimlet

Ingredients:

1 dash Saline Solution

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

20ml Rriple Citrus Cordial

10ml Fino Sherry

40ml Hendricks Orbium

Method: Shaken

Glassware: Sour Glass with Large Ice Chunk

Garnish: None

This cocktail will be available at ATLAS Bar on ISGD, 3rd August 2019 and will feature on their permanent menu, launching later this year.
