You’ll find the Deerness Distillery situated on the ancient island of Orkneyjar. These days it’s better known as Orkney. At 10 miles long, Orkney compromises approximately 70 islands, of which 20 are inhabited. An area of outstanding beauty and ancient historical ties to the sea, and it’s from these ancient links of people and land to the sea where the team at Deerness Distillery took inspiration for their range of Scottish Gins.
