The Winslow Gin House and Eatery combines drinks, education and a gin club. The gin loving bar team know a thing or two about gin, with the back bar dominated by over 40 gins to choose from paired with tonics and garnishes to complement each gin. The seasonal cocktail menu was designed by General Manager Cait Moorhead and integrates seasonal flavours, balanced and created to showcase each of their cocktail’s ingredients.
